My name is Adi Pick, an assistant professor at the Applied Physics Department at the Hebrew University. I obtained my BSc (Math/Phys) and MSc (Phys) degrees from Tel-Aviv University. After completing my PhD in Physics at Harvard University, I returned to the Holy Land to perform my postdoctoral research at the Technion and the Weizmann Institute. My research in Theoretical Quantum Optics is aimed at developing tools to understand and control noise in open quantum systems. I am fascinated with discovering new phenomena and applications of quantum mechanics!
